IPTV FR Refund and Returns Policy

By purchasing a product from the iptvfr.homes store, you agree to the following refund and returns policy:

• We only provide IPTV subscriptions and IPTV reseller panels
• We are not responsible for the video/audio content and do not guarantee or claim any rights to the Content.
• IPTV France is just a reseller for many providers
• Channels and VOD in any package are subject to update, change, or removal at any time without notice.
• The liability of IPTV Fr is limited to activating the subscription for the agreed duration; as proof, a screenshot indicating the expiration date will be sent to the customer’s registered email.
• 1 subscription = 1 connection; you cannot use more than one device per subscription
• Any attempt to use multiple devices simultaneously subjects your subscription to permanent termination.
• The customer is responsible for sending their device information, including device type, model, application used, and MAC.
• If we have yet to receive device information in the order notes, we will send it in m3u format and will not and cannot be changed.
• Our suppliers perform maintenance on their servers from time to time. This can happen anytime, and the time frame is not estimated.
• Buffering, freezing, and Content not working are normal in any IPTV worldwide so that you may experience these issues.
• The customer is responsible for knowing how IPTV works and its nature
• Another may replace any IPTV Package in the event of unavailability.
• IPTV subscription credentials are usually sent to the customer’s registered email within 1 business day after receiving clear payment.
• For IPTV Resellers, IPTV France is only responsible for activating and sending the IPTV Reseller Panel information and including the agreed credit points.
• We do not and will not provide any support for IPTV Reseller panel issues.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

We guarantee that all TV subscription codes purchased on our website will be activated for the agreed period; a screenshot showing the IPTV subscription information and expiration date will be sent to the customer’s registered information for any problem that comes to the servers, stopping or not working Content over which we have no control. Contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issues.

We are not responsible for subscriptions purchased from the wrong type of IPTV receiver.

CANCELLATION/CONSERVATION OF THE SERVICE

You do not need to notify us if you plan to cancel or put your subscription on hold. Your use of any subscription is canceled or suspended once you reach the end of your current subscription term. No payment is required to cancel or suspend your subscription.

CONTENT AND OTHER SERVICE PACKAGES

The layout of all plans may vary, and we may add or remove any service without notice.

Abonnement IPTV is a service carrier only. Therefore, a service may be modified (add/remove) following the broadcast laws of a service carrier only, so the service may be modified (add/remove) channels under the broadcast laws.

INSURANCE

We do not provide any assurance for any service.

You will not be able to get a refund in the following cases:

1. You will not be approved for a refund if the issue is not on our technical side ( if it is coming from your side, a device that you use, or a bad internet connection in your country or area) or if there is any other possibility that does not include our technical possibilities.
2. You will not be approved to get a refund if you violate our terms and conditions, and your account is suspended.
3. You will not be approved to get a full refund if you have bought a subscription for 1 month or 3 months.
4. You will not be approved to get a full refund if you have used our services for a while, and for example, in any case, if you have a subscription of 12 or fewer months. After 8 months of perfect service, you’re facing technical issues on our side that we can’t solve in 10 days ( and you’re not able to use the rest of the subscription purchased from us because of the issue). In this case, you can have a partial refund for the rest of the subscription period you can’t use.
5. You will not be approved for a refund if you fill in the ordering form with the wrong connection information, like (the wrong Mac address; also, once a subscription is active for a device, there is no chance to change devices because the previous device was already activated as you required.
6. If you do this or want to trigger another device, you cannot access a refund. You need to buy a new subscription with us without a refund for your previous purchase. To prevent that, when you subscribe to us, fill in the correct information and let us know which device you want to connect to.
7. Only devices and applications that use the M3U playlist can be switched with the same subscription ( devices that require MAC code to connect cannot be switched with other devices; subscription is strictly activated for that MAC.)

Also, we will attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. However, our payment processor or your financial institution can take 21-30 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card. Once you request a refund, you can’t subscribe again to our service at any time.

Requesting a Refund

Follow the steps below to get your refund request sent to us:

1- use the contact form to request a refund.

2- use the same email address you use to buy our services.

3- include your invoice number and your Mac code in case you use a device with a Mac.

Important information: Once you subscribe with us, it is considered you agree with our refund policy, terms, and conditions; even if you missed reading this, our privacy policy is very strict and impartially correct. We carefully respect our clients and expect the same thing, so when you subscribe to us, you agree to our conditions.
